Richardson & Associates, Inc. provides a broad range of accounting and audit services to clients operating in several lines of business. Our accounting and audit engagements are conducted in accordance with the Professional Standards of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and we approach each engagement with the goal of providing value-added services for our clients. Our engagements are designed to consider financial and certain operational issues that our clients may face, and to develop recommendations that assist them to continually improve their business practices. Accounting and audit services we provide include:

Compilation of client financial statements and financial statement preparation services, where applicable.

Other audit services including audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with special purpose frameworks; audits of single financial statement and specific elements, accounts or items of a financial statement; reporting on compliance with aspects of contractual agreements or regulatory requirements in connection with audited financial statements; the requirements of an applicable financial reporting framework to a specific transaction; and the type of report that may be issued on a specific entity’s financial statements.
