| AUDIT SENIOR
At times, Richardson & Associates, Inc. seeks a senior audit professional for its audit practice. Richardson & Associates, Inc. is a certified public accounting firm located in the Metro-West area of Boston. Our firm is in the business of providing audit, tax and financial consulting services to a wide range of clients in diverse industries. Responsibilities:

Assist with the planning, execution and reporting stages of financial statement compilations, reviews and audits.

Assist with the supervision and development of professional audit staff.

Perform work paper review and quality control.

Assist in the maintenance of client relationships.
Requirements:
-
Technical proficiency with auditing and accounting standards.

Supervisory skills sufficient to independently run engagements.

Ability to make decisions on routine accounting and auditing fieldwork matters.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
-
A demonstrated track record of strong research, analytical and communication skills preferred.

Experience working in a team environment.

Ability to travel to client locations (primarily within the metro-Boston area).
Professional Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university required. Master's degree preferred.

Certified public accountant, or near candidate.

A minimum of three or four years of recent and relevant public accounting audit experience.
