TAX SENIOR
At times, Richardson & Associates, Inc. seeks a senior tax accountant for its tax practice. Richardson & Associates, Inc. is a certified public accounting firm located in the Metro-West area of Boston. Our firm is in the business of providing audit, tax and financial consulting services to a wide range of clients in diverse industries. Responsibilities:

Prepare Federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, pass-through entities, estates and trusts.

Conduct tax research on a wide range of client matters including, analysis and documentation of tax positions.

Advise clients on various tax and financial planning matters.

Assist with the review of income tax returns and quality control procedures.

Assist with the supervision and development of professional tax staff.

Assist in the maintenance of client relationships.
Requirements:
- Technical proficiency with Federal and state tax laws, as well as with related professional standards.
- A demonstrated track record of strong research, analytical and communication skills preferred in tax matters.
- Supervisory skills sufficient to oversee professional tax staff and instruct them on complex tax and financial matters.
- Individual should be self-motivated and engaged in continual learning activities.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills preferred, as is experience working in a team environment.
Professional Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university required. Master's degree in taxation preferred.

Certified public accountant, or near candidate.

A minimum of three or four years of recent and relevant public accounting tax experience required.
