We offer a wide variety of professional services to assist clients involved in different types of corporate transactions. Specifically, when engaged to do so, we can assist client management with the following:

Development and implementation of corporate strategy including preparation of industry assessments and corporate profiles, and the identification of strategic alternatives. We also assist clients with their drafting of corporate business plans and other action plans intended to facilitate the implementation of corporate strategy. In addition, we will analyze a client’s financial operating practices and conduct profitability studies.

Merger, acquisition, or other buy-side transactions including the identification of potential targets, advice with respect to valuation and bidding, assistance with due diligence reviews, advice with respect to structuring and financing strategies, and impact assessment as to the application of different accounting and tax policies. In addition, we assist clients by providing post-acquisition integration services.

Corporate finance transactions including advising clients on private-placements, working capital and long-term debt finance, capital restructuring, and other means of financing, refinancing or leasing. We advise clients on appropriate capital structure, identification of potential sources of capital, advice on transaction terms, assistance preparing investment memoranda, financial forecasts, pro forma financial statements or other financial information.
